Global DTC participated at the Digital Almaty international conference held in Almaty from 1 to 3 February


Yeong Wee Tan, CEO of Global DTC (Digital Trade Corridor), was a leading speaker at two panel sessions: "Singapore Model of Digital Transformation" and "Challenges and Trends of Digitalisation of Transport and Logistics". Mr. Yeong shared the scene with other distinguished persons like Yacoob Ibrahim Professor of Engineering at the Singapore Institute of Technology, Minister in the Ministries of Communications and Information (2011-2018), Yogeindran Thiayagarajah Thiayagarajan, CIS Regional Director "Enterprise Singapore" and with leaders of major Central Asian companies to discuss the further development of digitalisation and summarised the progress made so far. Mr. Yeong spoke about active development of Global DTC and how it simplifies logistics processes by track and trace tool.

He also mentioned the implementation of Tez Customs, a new digital platform designed for the automatic submission and issuance of transit declarations for goods transported by rail along routes China - Central Asia and China - Europe.   Global DTC is a member of PSA International, a leading global port operator and trusted supply chain partner to cargo stakeholders around the world.
